Differently Abled and Seniors' Assistance Design Boreas Alarm Clock by Ladan Zadfar and Mohammad Farshad Boreas is an alarm clock specially designed for people with hearing disabilities, it was meant to bring a new level of communication between user and object. Boreas alarm clock will awaken the user by blowing wind and change the temperature according to the season. The wind blowing and change of the temperature can softly bring a person to the stage of awakening. Also, the designers have considered an alarm sound for the general users, using the sound of an ancient wind instrument, so it would complement the functionality of the design.
